Prices do not include the tourist tax required by the City of Monterosso to all those who will stay in a accommodation of the city starting from 1st March 2018. The fee will be 1.50 euros per person per night and will be applied only for the first 3 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from payment. Check in: from 1.00 pm to 7.30 pm. In the case of late check-in, it is necessary to check availability by contacting the property.

Check out: before 10.30 am.

Your booking confirmation will be notified by email or by phone.
The total amount of the reservation must be paid at the check in.

Guests are asked to communicate their expected time of arrival in advance in order to speed up the check-in procedure.

For handicapped guests it is advisable to call the hotel in advance to assess adequacy and logistics.

The property is not equipped to adding a baby cot or a cot.

The hotel is equipped for small pets.

The cancellation of the reservation must be made at least 8 days before arrival, via email or a phone call.
In case of cancellation 4 days before arrival it is necessary to pay 30% of the cost of the reservation.
Finally, for cancellations made the day before the arrival you must pay 50% of the cost of the entire reservation.

EARLY DEPARTURE

In case of early departure 50% of the amount due for the time not spent at the hotel shall be retained; the remaining 50% will be returned. Early departure situations include cases in which a guest who has reached us leaves immediately (not even enjoying a night's stay).

PAYMENT METHODS

The property accepts payments by bank transfer online. The bank details will be communicated to you by e-mail on confirmation of booking. The property also accepts on-site payments by credit card and debit card VISA E MASTERCARD, (no AMERICAN EXPRESS), and in cash. In case of payment upon arrival it is necessary to specify at the time of booking whether the payment will be made in cash, by debit card or credit card.

COMPLAINTS

Requests for reimbursement received after the period of stay shall not be taken into consideration.

DURING YOUR STAY

Any object placed in your room or in the common areas is at your disposal. Please respect the landlord and prospective guests. At any time of day or night please behave in a way harm that does not disturb tranquillity of others (adjust the tone of your voice and the volume on the TV).

PRIVACY PROTECTION

The information you provide at the time of check-in will be processed in compliance with the obligations of confidentiality regulated by Law no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and shall be processed using tools suitable for ensuring data security.
